You may cancel active subscriptions or ongoing services anytime by reaching out to Thaipayback via official methods. Cancellation requests will be handled quickly and confirmed through email. Some services may continue till the end of the current billing cycle before being stopped.
Product Returns
In the event that Thaipayback provides physical products, returns are accepted only for issues like production flaws, shipment mistakes, or damaged items. Return authorization must be sought within a reasonable timeframe from delivery, with proof of purchase.
Refunds for Cancelled Services
Refunds may be issued at Thaipayback's discretion if a service is unavailable or wasn't provided as promised. No refunds will be given for willingly cancelling completed digital services or used downloads.

Exceptions
